Who can open an account

Account opening requires the holder to be at least 18, a resident of a supported state, and not on any self-exclusion register the operator maintains. The full supported-state list is on /is-legal/. Accounts that do not meet the criteria are refused at sign-up.

Each holder may open only one account. Multiple-account holders are flagged for review; the second account is suspended and the balance is returned.

The operator reserves the right to refuse account opening or to suspend an existing account on suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms.

Account use

Single wallet, fair play, no abuse

The wallet is a single INR balance shared across games, fantasy, rummy, and sports. The user may not transfer balance to another account, may not collude with other users to manipulate game outcomes, and may not use automated tools (bots, scripts) to place bets.

Bonus funds carry wagering requirements; the requirements apply to the bonus ledger, not to the cash ledger. Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome tier) leads to bonus reversal and account suspension.

Daily Race points are awarded per settled bet; the leaderboard refreshes every 24 hours. Manipulation of Daily Race outcomes (collusion, coordinated bet timing) leads to removal from the leaderboard and account review.

Prohibited conduct

Eight behaviours that lead to suspension

Multiple accounts

One account per holder. Second accounts are suspended.

Bonus abuse

Creating accounts to claim the same welcome tier, coordinated rollover exploitation.

Collusion

Sharing hole cards in rummy, sharing lineup picks in fantasy, coordinated bet timing in sports.

Automated tools

Bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets without the user actively engaging.

Money laundering

Depositing from a third-party bank account, layering bets to obscure the source of funds.

Underage play

Account opening by a holder under 18, or by an adult on behalf of a minor.

Chargeback abuse

Disputing a successful deposit after the bet has settled, leading to a chargeback fee.

Threats to staff

Abusive language to the support team; threats of violence; doxxing.

Suspension

Reasons, process, review path

The operator may suspend an account on suspicion of any prohibited conduct listed above. The suspension freezes the wallet and prevents new bets. The user is notified by email and SMS with the reason for the suspension and the documents required for review.

The review completes within 14 days. The user is notified of the outcome. If the review confirms the conduct, the account is closed and the wallet balance is settled per the closure rules. If the review finds no conduct, the account is reinstated with the full balance.

Closure

Voluntary closure, data deletion, retention exceptions

The user can close the account at any time through the /delete-account/ route. The closure runs on the server side; the wallet balance is settled before the closure completes.

The wallet ledger is retained for 7 years per RBI norms on payment data retention. The KYC documents are deleted within 30 days of closure. The gameplay history is retained for 1 year for audit. The support transcripts are retained for 90 days.

Disputes

Resolution path, escalation, jurisdiction

Disputes go through the in-app support channel on /support/. The support team reviews each dispute and responds within the documented response window. If the user is not satisfied with the response, the dispute is escalated to the dispute-resolution team; the escalation is logged and reviewed by a senior agent.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through support are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's registered office. The terms are governed by the laws of India. The user agrees to this jurisdiction by opening the account.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, copyrighted material, attribution

Terms document with attribution and IP clauses

What the user may and may not do with the brand

The brand "khelo bet24" and the lobby interface are the operator's intellectual property. The user may not reproduce the lobby interface, the game thumbnails, the studio logos, or the operator's brand marks without written permission. The user may reference the brand in editorial or review context under fair use; the user may not imply affiliation or endorsement by the operator.

Game thumbnails are supplied by the studios and are referenced from the catalogue. The user may not download and redistribute the thumbnails; the user may link to the operator's catalogue for editorial reference.

The DMCA takedown path on /dmca/ applies to copyrighted material published on khelo bet24. Trademark disputes follow a separate process through the operator's legal team.

Three ways to ask about the terms

Through the /contact/ channel, the user can ask a question about the terms. The editorial team reviews each note and responds within the documented response window.

Through the /support/ channel, the user can ask a question about the operator's product (deposits, withdrawals, KYC, bets). The support team responds within the documented response window.

Through the dispute-resolution path described on this agreement, the user can escalate a dispute that cannot be resolved through support. The escalation is logged and reviewed by a senior agent.

Terms update history

The update cadence

The terms are reviewed at least once per quarter. Material changes (new prohibited conduct, new suspension rules, new closure rules) trigger an immediate review. The last-reviewed date at the bottom of every page records the most recent review.

Material changes are reflected on the route and in the change log below. Editorial corrections do not trigger a change-log entry.

The user can subscribe to terms updates through the wallet screen under Settings → Notifications → Terms updates. The subscription sends an email when a material change is published.

Reviewers

Who reviews this agreement

The terms are reviewed by the editorial team and the operator's legal team. The two teams co-sign material changes. The last-reviewed date at the bottom of every page records the most recent review.

The change log lists every material change. Editorial corrections do not trigger a change-log entry.

Regional rules

What the terms look like under different jurisdictions

The terms described on this agreement are written for the Indian jurisdiction. The IT Act 2000 and the Public Gambling Act 1867 (and the state-level amendments) govern real-money gaming in India; the terms on this agreement align with the IT Act's requirements for electronic records and the state-level rules for real-money gaming.

The lobby does not target users in jurisdictions where real-money gaming is illegal. The operator serves users in the supported states listed on /is-legal/. The terms described on this agreement are therefore the applicable ones.
