VIP ladder
Tier 5 doubles every settled bet on the ladder; tier 11 turns the desk personal.
15 tiers on a single INR path. Tier 5 unlocks a 1.0x comp-point multiplier that applies to every settled bet from that rung onward. Tier 11 unlocks personalised bonuses - the desk stops sending generic offers and starts sending the ones matched to your settled-bet volume. The two unlocks are the structural waypoints; the other 13 tiers are the sustained climb.
Tier bands and the four marks in the climb
The ladder is divided into four bands: starter (1 to 4), multiplier (5 to 7), personalised (11+), and the two structural waypoints that the whole ladder bends around. The table below is the structural map; the exact thresholds are on the VIP screen.
| Band | Tiers | Mark |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 to 4 | Comp points accrue; no multiplier yet |
| Multiplier | 5 to 10 | 1.0x comp-point multiplier from tier 5 |
| Personalised | 11 to 15 | Personalised bonuses from tier 11 |
| Top tier | 15 | Highest comp rate and personal-desk access |
What tier 5 and tier 11 actually do for the wallet
Tier 5 - comp multiplier
From tier 5 onward, every settled bet earns comp points at the 1.0x multiplier. The multiplier is a permanent modifier on the comp accrual rate; it does not expire at the end of the quarter.
Tier 11 - personalised bonuses
From tier 11 onward, the desk shifts from generic offers to personalised ones. The cadence is the VIP desk's; the lock begins at this tier. Each personalised bonus lands in the bonus wallet under the standard conversion rule.
Comp points are not withdrawable
Comp points are a loyalty counter, not a cash balance. They unlock the perks (multipliers, daily bonuses, personalised rewards) rather than convert to INR on a schedule.
Daily Race pool share
The ₹30L+ Daily Race pool splits across the 15 tiers. The exact tier share is on the race screen; the share is paid to the cash wallet, not the bonus wallet.
How comp points accrue, what they unlock, what they reset
Comp points are the audit-trail of the VIP ladder. They accrue on every settled bet across the four verticals, advance the tier, and reset on a quarterly cadence. The accrual rate is the multiplier × the bet unit; the reset threshold is the comp floor for the held tier.
Accrual
Comp points accrue on every settled bet across games, fantasy, rummy and sports. The exact rate is the multiplier × the bet unit; the multiplier is the live tier's modifier.
Multipliers
Tiers 1 to 4 run at 1.0x. Tier 5 unlocks a 1.0x declared multiplier; the actual rate is shown on the VIP screen. Higher tiers run higher multipliers.
Quarterly reset
Comp points below the threshold are cleared at the end of the quarter. The tier is held for the next quarter's grace period; the comp counter is renewed.
Read the screen
The VIP screen shows the live tier, the next-tier threshold, the current comp count, and the quarterly reset date. The screen is the source of truth for the climb.
The Daily Race pool, split across the 15 tiers
The Daily Race pool (₹30L+ per day) splits across the 15 tiers. The tier share is the pool × the tier's allocation percentage. The allocation is structured: higher tiers get a larger share; the exact split is on the race screen.
Pool cap
₹30L+ per day. The actual cap varies by event calendar; the leaderboard screen shows the live number.
Tier share
The pool split is a function of the tier, not the player's position. The player competes within their tier's leaderboard; the tier's share is the floor, not the ceiling.
Settlement
Pool shares settle at the end of the day, directly to the cash wallet. No rollover; no claim step.
Cadence
Daily. The next cycle starts at the daily boundary; the leaderboard clears with the settlement.
The pool share is the most direct way the VIP ladder converts settlement-bet volume into cash. The cash conversion is automatic at the end of the day, with no bonus-wallet detour. The tier share means the player is competing in a tier-bounded leaderboard rather than the global pool - the path to the share is the same length regardless of how busy the global pool is.
The economics of the pool share favour consistent mid-tier players. The starter tiers (1 to 4) get a smaller share of the pool but compete with fewer players; the top tier (15) gets the largest share but the leaderboard is the most competitive. The middle band (5 to 10) is where the multiplier and the share line up - the multiplier accelerates the comp count, the share accelerates the cash conversion, and the two together produce the most efficient quarter for the climb.
The bonuses that land when a tier unlocks
Tier-up bonuses are the credits that land in the bonus wallet when a player crosses a tier threshold. The cadence is per-tier; the lock begins at tier 11 with the personalised stream.
Per-tier unlock
Each tier carries an unlock event. The first few tiers carry small credits; the structural unlocks at tier 5 and tier 11 carry the larger ones.
Bonus wallet
Tier-up bonuses land in the bonus wallet, not the cash wallet. The standard rollover applies.
Conversion
Once the rollover is met, the bonus balance converts to the cash wallet and follows the standard withdrawal queue.
Personalised stream
From tier 11, the desk sends personalised bonuses on the VIP desk's cadence. The stream runs alongside the tier-up bonuses; the two are independent queues.
Quarterly reset, grace period, and what the tier holds
The VIP ladder is on a quarterly cycle. The comp counter resets at the end of the quarter; the tier is held for the next quarter's grace period. The grace period is the noise floor that keeps the tier from snapping off the moment comp points dip.
Reset cadence
Quarterly. The reset date is on the VIP screen. The reset clears the comp counter; the tier is held for the grace period.
Grace period
The grace period is the time the tier is held while the comp counter is below the threshold. The grace period is the next quarter's first month.
Demotion
Demotion happens at the end of the grace period if the comp counter has not climbed back above the threshold. The player drops to the tier that matches the comp count.
Re-promotion
Re-promotion happens as soon as the comp counter clears the next tier's threshold. The promotion is automatic; the personalised stream resumes at the new tier.
